Summary

Replaces the default SvelteKit template README with comprehensive project documentation for marcoline.

Changes

  • Add project description and feature overview (grid mode, freeform mode, region naming)
  • Document tech stack (SvelteKit 2, Svelte 5, Tauri v2, Konva, Tailwind v4, DaisyUI v5)
  • Add development prerequisites and setup instructions
  • Include testing commands for unit and integration tests
  • Add planned features table with links to design plans
  • Add MIT license reference
